I received an interesting "would you rather" question from my friends Sarah and Ashley:
Would you rather do a stunt man every morning over the next year or be required to wear pleated zumba pants every day to work?
I'd have to go with the Stunt Man everyday even though the lemons burning my eyes might cause serious damage to my vision. The combo of Zumba pants and pleats would be too much for me to handle. One other "would you rather" question was sent to me, but it was too asinine for me to post. I wrote the person back, but never heard from them again. That's right, Tristan, I'm talking to you!

I really do love New York. At least, I love to visit. Whether I could live there or not is a whole other story. The road trip for Christian's bachelor weekend was a blast. We got into the city a little after 12 and went directly to our hotel, the Hotel W on Lexington and 39th. Let me tell you, that place is SILL-LEE. By far the coolest hotel I've ever been at. They had cool wheat grass growing in the lobby, incredibly comfortable beds with GIANT headboards. I mean they were 7 feet tall! Okay, enough about the W.
We met up with Rick, producer extraordinaire for BET's 106 and Park. After some pantsless frisbee in Central Park, we met up with our buddy Steve, aka Swa, for some mexican food a one big ass pitcher of Sangria. We split up before going out, with Chris and I heading back to the hotel. It gave us a chnace to place frisbee across 4 lanes of traffic on 3rd Ave. Urban frisbee is very difficult with all those cars and pedestrians getting in the way. I did almost get Chris killed w/ one toss that went right down 34th St. into oncoming traffic. The disc just cleared a pissed off driver in a SUV. Oops.
The evening was pretty tame, mostly going from lounge to lounge. $11 vodka tonics never tasted so good. The highlight was definitely Steve and Chris doing Stunt Men. The girls sitting next to us were horrified. Rick and I died laughing as they buried the lemons in the eyes. There was about a five second delay before the burning set in. Pictures to be posted once I get the film developed.
You didn't think I was going into details of the evening, did you?
And we have a winner! Teddy Ballgame knew that BOOTY was another word for pirates treasure.
Last night Christian and I went to see The Dismemberment Plan at Fort Reno. An excellent show! Got to see our old friend Phil working the boards before the Plan took the stage. They played a couple new tunes which were delicious along with the old favorites, including "Onward, Fat Girl". If you haven't checked out The Plan yet, do it! You can see their new video on their web site.
