Can you tell who's on the cover of this month's Runner's World? That's right, Will Ferrell. If I could choose anyone to run a marathon with, it might be that guy. Speaking of marathons, my buddy Steve (a.k.a. Marathon Sherpa) and I are planning to run a marathon in togas this year. That means I not only have to get in great shape, but I need to get really good at fashioning togas. In my experience with togas (which, sadly, is vast), they tend to come undone easily. BTW, how cool would it have been to live in Ancient Rome?! It was a pantsless society! At least that's what I've concluded from my extensive research, which consisted of watching the movie "Gladiator".

I'm thinking about relenting a little on the shock of orange. Do yer eyes hurt yet? Can I assume everyone has been sufficiently warned? Have you bought your duct tape? BTW, if they did attack DC with chemical weapons, the contents of my duct tape wallet would be safe and that's good to know.

My shovel has been returned. I was happy to see it next to my door as I returned from watching 24 at Andy Biggers last night. My faith in the neighbors is restored. The threat of an ass whoopin' must have done the trick.

The star of the video is Sweet Lou Stinebiser in what he has described as "the greatest moment in my life." He quickly added his wedding was a very close second.

We've experienced a bit of snow here - 17 inches to be exact. For the past two days Jenny and I have been fighting cabin fever. We can't really drive anywhere and there's no need to since everything is closed anyway. Even the grocery stores were closed. So we watched movies and read and took walks down the middle of the road. Fun, huh? Actually, Sunday night was cool. We walked to Amanda and Stacy's house to play cards with them and Andy Biggers.

5 things I learned from this snow storm.

#5 - I kick ASS at Hearts. Do they have that in Atlantic City?
#4 - If I was Jack Nicholson in The Shining, I'd have gone bonkers too.
#3 - Digging a car out of a foot and a half of snow sucks. Digging two cars out sucks worse.
#2 - People in snowmobile suits look funny.
#1 - If you leave your shovel out for the neighbors, even with a sign saying people are welcome to use it so long as they return it, someone will steal that shovel.

That's right, someone stole my shovel! Bastards.
